1. About OBGYN.ph

OBGYN.ph is a Philippine-based online telemedicine platform that facilitates access to obstetrics and gynecology-related health information and connects users with duly licensed physicians for online consultations, in accordance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines issued by the Department of Health (DOH) and the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

OBGYN.ph does not operate as a hospital or clinic and does not replace in-person medical care when physical examination or emergency intervention is required.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Service. By using OBGYN.ph, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Medical Disclaimer

• The Service is provided in compliance with Philippine telemedicine guidelines and is intended for non-emergency medical consultation and health guidance only.
• Online consultations are limited by the absence of physical examination and diagnostic testing.
• In case of a medical emergency, users must immediately contact local emergency services or proceed to the nearest hospital.
• Medical advice is provided based on the information disclosed by the patient and clinical judgment of the physician.
• OBGYN.ph does not guarantee medical outcomes, diagnoses, or treatment effectiveness.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify OBGYN.ph immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

5. Online Consultations

• Online consultations are conducted via secure chat, voice, or video platforms.
• All physicians on OBGYN.ph are required to be licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and compliant with Philippine medical laws.
• Physicians exercise independent medical judgment and are not employees of OBGYN.ph.
• Prescriptions, medical certificates, or referrals may be issued at the physician’s discretion and in accordance with Philippine regulations.

6. Fees and Payments

• Some services may be offered free of charge, while others require payment.
• Fees, billing terms, and payment methods will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using OBGYN.ph, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable Use
