Doctors’ Terms and Conditions / Provider Agreement

These terms apply to licensed physicians (“Providers”) using OBGYN.ph.

Provider Eligibility

Professional Responsibilities

Independent Contractor Status

Providers are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of OBGYN.ph.

Fees and Payments

Providers may receive compensation subject to platform terms, schedules, and applicable taxes under Philippine law.

Non-Solicitation and Non-Circumvention

Providers agree not to directly or indirectly solicit, encourage, or induce patients they encounter through OBGYN.ph to engage in consultations, services, or follow-up care outside the OBGYN.ph platform without prior written consent from OBGYN.ph. This includes sharing personal contact information, redirecting patients to private clinics, or offering off-platform services intended to circumvent platform fees.

This obligation applies during the Provider’s engagement with OBGYN.ph and for a period of twelve (12) months after termination of access, to the extent permitted by Philippine law.

Termination

OBGYN.ph may suspend or terminate provider access for violations of these terms, unethical conduct, or regulatory non-compliance.
